When filling out the questionnaire, think about the job itself, not what the actual person doing it. When completing the questionnaire, read each statement and relate it to the work being analyzed. Be realistic. Think of an acceptable work performance standard, not the ideal employee. The results of this questionnaire will be an important part of the job model, so it is very important that you answer as accurately as possible. For each statement, choose one of the following options:
Rarely – the activity is performed rarely (or not at all) and not part of this work;
Occasionally – the activity is performed infrequently but is an integral part of this work;
Often – the activity is done daily and is one of the main parts of the job.
