ProfileXT is an assessment designed to measure job match. Performance Model Comparison Report

Coaching Report – Performance Model Comparison Report is a manager’s guide to helping the people they manage develop better work habits. The report has suggestions for improving employee performance so it approaches the productivity of the company’s top performers.

Individual Report

 An Individual Profile Report is used for personal growth and development. It describes a person’s attributes and gives insights to improve job performance and productivity. This report does not provide the actual scores for each separate scale but instead includes a description of what the individual’s scores suggest.

Interview Guide

Placement Reports – Interview Guide – Challenge Areas and Interview Guide – Total Person reports are used to put the right person in the right job. They give employers assessments of job candidates’ thinking style, behavioral traits, and occupational interests, giving the candidate’s percentage match to the company’s top performers. The report also suggests questions interviewers can ask to help determine a candidate’s suitability for the position being filled.

Summary Graph

The Summary Graph is a single page summary with the graph, which provides the individual’s scores matched to a selected Performance Model.

Strategic Workforce Planning Report

Succession Planning Report – Strategic Workforce Planning Report lets you look into the future. It compares a person to all of the jobs in your company and indicates those where they have a good job match. With this information, you can help employees prepare for greater responsibilities by making sure they acquire the skills and experiences they will need in order to perform competently the jobs they will fill in coming years.

Candidate Matching Report

The Candidate Matching report shows the results of comparing  several candidates to an established Performance Model. The given  percentage score indicates how well each candidate matches the  established model.

Executive Leadership Report

It is a tool designed to illuminate individual‘s inherent executive potential and his approach to confronting challenges, while achieving excellence in leadership. In addition to interpretation of PXT scores, it describes Six Components of Leadership Success, which are components identified by executives worldwide as critical facets of executive performance corresponding to leadership success.

Team Report

It maps out the team’s characteristics scale by scale, providing managers with the data they need to capitalize on both team members similarities and their differences. The Team Report also provides managers with detailed management suggestions, taking the guesswork out of how to manage their people individually and as a team.
